Was here Sunday for a party and it was a blast. Music was playing the video games were okay. Food was delicious and the beer was cold. Employees were very nice and down to earth. Very chill place definitely be back and hopefully have more party's here in the near future. Every body from management down to cleaning staff was very helpful. Thank you for a good time.
The lane conditions are good for the price. I took me and a family member here to bowl a JBT Tournament last Sunday and the staff was really kind and helped me(A new member to the tournament) figure out how the scoring worked and walked me all the way through the process. Definitely a super friendly atmosphere and will continue to bowl here.
I was going to bowl here after work on Wednesday afternoon but when I walked in the front waiting for my friend to join me the older gentleman at the desk and other woman employee were talking behind my back saying “we are not a homeless shelter or a warming facility”. I drove here in my car and was just waiting for my friend in the entrance … which I can respect as a business however they never said anything to my face and only made rude comments behind my back. If they had an issue with me waiting to use their services they should have said something to my face. After reading the comments from the past few weeks I can see this is just how they treat people rudely. We decided to go somewhere else for our afternoon. On a side note I have lived in Louisville my whole life and have been coming here for years but it will not happen again. They shouldn’t judge people as they walk in the door as they have done with the other groups mentioned prior and me.
I assist a group of special needs adults going into the community. My manager called to make sure we could come in and bowl on a Tuesday morning and spoke with Tony who said no problem we don’t reserve lanes and should have no problem. We showed up this morning and we were immediately treated with disrespect and unkindness when they said they don’t have any lanes available because leagues were coming in. Which is totally fine. I was told I was being rude and to drop my attitude when I stated they should make sure their employees know what is going on so we could have had the correct information. A lot of my group members don’t do well with change. As being a worker of this establishment you should treat all customers with respect and kindness regardless. Don’t come here!
More affordable than most nearby bowling alleys, but they still have modern score computers and well conditioned lanes. There are also some pool tables and a couple arcade machines if you need to wait for a lane. The main issue to keep in mind is that they often have league nights that occupy all of the lanes, during which time no one else is able to bowl. I'd recommend calling ahead to make sure they are open, though they don't take reservations.
Nice bowling alley with plenty of lanes open when we visited a couple of days ago. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had metal ramps for little ones to use. Has a small arcade center and offers drinks and food,
If 0 stars was an option I give it. How you gonna expect someone to know the machine job if they’re new to it? No Wonder y’all got 3 stars btw if you come after him I will make sure your out of business
I'd like to provide some feedback about the lanes here. They seem a bit outdated, and I also encountered some attitude from the staff, particularly the young blonde attendant.
